In this video Councillor Cheryl Roe heralds the launch of the Asset Delivery Programme Partnership website and talks about the exciting changes that will be brought about by the regeneration programme.

As part of the changes, Rochford’s Freight House will be the site of the new council offices, while a new community centre will replace the Mill Arts and Events Centre.

These up-to-date facilities will bring much needed change and efficiency to the community, allowing the council to evolve into a pioneering and dynamic organisation.
