Council webinar engages with residents on Assets Delivery Programme

Rochford District Council held their first public engagement session webinar for its Asset Delivery Programme on Wednesday 24 February with specific focus on the Freight House and South Street, Rochford sites.

The Council would like to thank everyone who attended the session and will review and analyse the feedback from the community to ensure that the designs best reflect the future needs of the people that will use or live in the buildings.

The Leader of the Council, Cllr Simon Wootton said:

“I would like to thank everyone who participated in our first engagement webinar for the Council’s Asset Delivery Programme and I am particularly grateful to Mike Davies, Chairman of Rayleigh Museum for chairing the session. There were a lot of questions raised and whilst we managed to answer a number of them live on the night, we have answered all of them, in detail, on the Voyage Partnership website. At our next webinar on 15th March we will ensure we give a lot more time for questions so that everyone has their chance to have a say.”
