Feedback

The Council and gbpartnerships have now carried out a robust public engagement process regarding the sites that constitute the Asset Delivery Programme. All feedback received has been made available for everyone to see. (Summary of all the feedback can be viewed here: Public Feedback 290621 v1). Following this, the Council and gbpartnerships have taken some time to reflect on and consider this feedback.

The feedback received has been reflected in the proposed designs where possible and further engagement and feedback is encouraged through the formal planning consultation process.

As each planning application is submitted this page will be updated with a simple guide setting out the changes that we have made to the designs as a result of all feedback received.

We will include a link through to the full planning application pack on the Council’s planning portal. It is important to remember that as part of the planning application process there will be a further period of public consultation and that the Council has yet to make any formal decision about the development of any of the sites in the programme.

The proposals for the Mill Arts & Events Centre site in Rayleigh are the subject of a report to be considered at a meeting of the Council on 2 December.

As each site is submitted for planning the guide as to changes made as a result of feedback will be available via the relevant link below:
